I feel honoured and grateful to be part of the team of the World Sustainable Urban Food Centre of València – CEMAS, in charge of managing their social media tools.
This summer after the CEMAS launch ceremony I was able to meet and chat with Dr. Vandana Shiva about how to change our systems to be more sustainable and in harmony with nature. Women, grassroots organiastions and cities undoubtedly play an important role in this.
After this year’s #WorldFoodDay celebrations at the CEMAS I accompanied Vicente Domingo, Director of CEMAS and María Fernanda Espinosa, outgoing President of the United Nations General Assembly during her visit to the Valencian Water Tribunal, the oldeset existing institution of justice in Europe and UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
